强夯工程施工后如何处理?

强夯工程施工处理是在路基上进行必要的作业:机器和工具用来固定夯实地基。在路基中掺加灰土,分层碾压,可提高路基的强度和平整度。此外,路基高度应符合相关标准。

一、验证强夯法的可靠性
1、 Verify the reliability of dynamic compaction method
强夯后加固效果的检测是检验施工成败的重要依据。强夯后应进行质量检查,检查加固效果是否符合设计要求,并进一步分析所采用的施工参数是否合理。目前,我国采用的试验方法有三种:静力触探试验、标准贯入试验和载荷板试验。

采用强夯法处理软土路基后,地基条件得到了较好,效果明显。处理后的地基满足设计要求,降低工程造价。强夯法处理软土路基的施工质量至关重要。虽然强夯法效果明显,但在强夯工程过程中会出现一些大小问题。因此,今后将该方法用于软土路基处理时,应严格控制施工过程,只有掌握施工中的各个环节,才能使该方案产生较好的经济效益和社会效益。

二、强夯工程机械的比较

1、 国外工程机械

2、 国产工程机械

在中国大多数强夯工程中,仅使用小吨位起重机,仅使用滑轮组提升夯锤,并使用自动解耦装置使夯锤自由下落。自动解耦装置应具有足够的强度,施工时应灵活。为了防止落锤时起重机框架发生倾覆,应采取相应的防护措施。
In most dynamic compaction projects in China, only small tonnage cranes are used, only pulley blocks are used to lift the rammer, and automatic decoupling devices are used to make the rammer fall freely. The automatic decoupling device shall have sufficient strength and be flexible during construction. In order to prevent the crane frame from overturning when the hammer falls, corresponding protective measures shall be taken.
