1. Pay attention to whether the structure is leaking

高层建筑工程漏水地点多常发生在山墙、檐口和变形缝处。强夯检查强夯施工过程中的各项测试数据和施工记录，不符合设计要求时应补夯和采取其它有效措施。产生建筑工程漏水不外乎自然原因和人为因素，自然原因多为外界温度变化引起，施工人员操作失误导致的 结构漏水则为人为因素。在施工中，应减少人为因素造成的 漏水现象。

The leakage site of high-rise building often occurs in gable, cornice and deformation joint. 2、施工中要注意通风孔道的 畅通

建筑施工设计中未能合理设计通风孔道可导致通风孔道阻塞，此外，施工人员在施工过程中，不小心将杂物放置通风孔道，造成通风孔道堵塞。强夯地基经过多年的实践及强夯设备的更新，强夯法施工已广泛运用到高速公路铁路，机场、核电站、大工业区、港口填海等基础加固工程，并对相对较复杂的地质如高填方基础，高含水量基础，港口填海基础，海水吹填基础等都有成功的施工案例。

强夯机租赁强夯施工结束后应间隔一定时间方能对地基质量进行检验。对于碎石土和砂土地基，其间隔可取1～2周；低饱和度的粉土和黏性土地基可取2～4周。因此，在实际操作中应注意好通风管道的 设计，更要注意好物体的 摆放，以免造成管道堵塞。

After the completion of dynamic compaction construction, the foundation quality can be inspected after a certain interval. For gravel soil and sandy soil foundation, the interval can be 1-2 weeks; for silt and cohesive soil foundation with low saturation, it can be taken as 2-4 weeks. 3、施工中要避免混凝土结构出现裂缝

一般来说，应该注意(attention)以下两点：

Generally speaking, attention should be paid to the following two points:

（1）注入混凝土(Concrete)后要注意做好防护，以免混凝土水分蒸发过快，混凝土拉应力过大；

(1) After concrete injection, pay attention to the protection to avoid the rapid evaporation of concrete moisture and the excessive tensile stress of concrete;

（2）施工前混凝土模具（称号：工业之母）制作务必要制作的 精准，加强监测，防止力量不均匀。
