1. Pay attention to whether the structure is leaking
高层建筑工程漏水地点多常发生在山墙、檐口和变形缝处。强夯检查强夯施工过程中的各项测试数据和施工记录，不符合设计要求时应补夯和采取其它有效措施。产生建筑工程漏水不外乎自然原因和人为因素，自然原因多为外界温度变化引起，施工人员操作失误导致的 结构漏水则为人为因素。在施工中，应减少人为因素造成的 漏水现象。

2. Pay attention to the smooth ventilation duct during construction

After years of practice and updating of dynamic compaction equipment, dynamic compaction method has been widely used in highway, railway, airport, nuclear power plant, large industrial area, port reclamation and other foundation reinforcement projects. There are successful construction cases for relatively complex geology, such as high fill foundation, high water content foundation, port reclamation foundation, sea water reclamation foundation, etc.

3. Cracks in concrete structure should be avoided in construction
Generally speaking, attention should be paid to the following two points:
(1) After concrete injection, pay attention to the protection to avoid the rapid evaporation of concrete moisture and the excessive tensile stress of concrete;
(2) Before construction, concrete mold (Title: mother of industry) must be made accurately, and monitoring should be strengthened to prevent uneven force.
