     针对强夯处理工程,监理工程师为便于在施工过程中有效开展质量控制,首先应熟悉施工图纸,强夯机了解设计意图和经强夯处理后设计所要达到的目标,弄懂强夯施工的有关技术参数。

1、单位夯击能强夯锤重M (t)与落距h (m)是影响夯击能和加固深度的重要因素,它直接决定每一击的夯击  能量,锤重一般不宜小于8t,落距一般不小于6m。强夯锤重M与落距h的乘积称为夯击能E=(M ×h)。强夯的单位夯击能(指单位面积上所施加的总夯击能),应根据地基类别、结构类别、荷载大小和要求处理的深度等综合考虑,并通过现场试夯确定,强夯这就要求监理工程师在试夯施工过程中组织有关单位不断加以总结,并及时反馈给设计部门。
1. The hammer weight m (T) and drop distance h (m) of unit tamping energy dynamic compaction are important factors affecting the tamping energy and reinforcement depth. They directly determine the tamping energy of each blow. The hammer weight should not be less than 8t and the drop distance should not be less than 6m. 夯击能过小,加固效果差;分击能过大,不仅浪费能源增加费用,而且对饱和粘性土会破坏土体,形成橡皮土,降低强度。从我国强分施工现状来看,在一般情况下,对于粗颗粒土可取1000-3000KN·m/m2;细颗粒土可取1500-4000KNm/m2,而且选用单击夯击能以不超过3000KNm较为经济。在同一单击能量(机械提升能量)情况下,采用重锤低落距处理地基工程优于轻锤高落距强夯方案。

2、夯击点布置及间距      一般情况下,夯击点间距取决于基础布置、加固土层厚度和土质等条件。加固土层厚、土质差、透水性弱、含水率高的粘性土,夯点间距宜大,如果夯击点太密,相邻夯击点的加固效应将在浅处叠加而形成硬壳层,影响夯击能向深部传递;加固土层薄、透水性强、含水量低的砂质土间距宜小些,通常夯击点间距取夯锤直径的3倍,一般一遍夯击点间距为5~9m,以后各遍夯击点可与一遍相同,也可适当减小。对处理深度较深或单击夯击能较大的工程,一遍夯击点间距宜适当增大。

The spacing of sand soil with thin soil layer, strong water permeability and low water content should be smaller. Generally, the spacing of tamping points should be 3 times of the diameter of the rammer, generally 1 The spacing of each tamping point is 5-9m, and it can be the same as that of the first time, or it can be reduced appropriately. For projects with deep treatment depth or large single click tamping energy, the spacing of one-time tamping points should be appropriately increased.
