1、冷却性能下降，冷却管失效的主要原因是堵塞物和沉积物残留在冷却管壁上，形成硬块和水垢，降低了散热和传热功能。此外，冷却水不足、水温低和气体积聚也会导致散热和冷却性能下降。

1. The main reason for the failure of the cooling pipe is that the blockage and sediment remain on the cooling pipe wall, forming hard blocks and scale, which reduces the heat dissipation and heat transfer function. In addition, insufficient cooling water, low water temperature and gas accumulation will also lead to the decline of heat dissipation and cooling performance.

2、损坏，由于两种流体之间的温差，油冷却器的材料受到热膨胀的影响，产生热应力，或流动液体压力过高；可能对相关部件造成损坏；此外，在寒冷地区或冬季，夜间停止时，管道会结冰。膨胀毁坏了冷却水管。因此，冷却器的结构不应用于补偿寒冷季节结构的热膨胀，因此不应尽可能多地使用。

2. Damage: due to the temperature difference between the two fluids, the material of the oil cooler is affected by thermal expansion, resulting in thermal stress, or the pressure of the flowing liquid is too high; May cause damage to relevant parts; In addition, in cold areas or winter, the pipeline will freeze when it stops at night. The expansion destroyed the cooling water pipe. Therefore, the structure of the cooler should not be used to compensate for the thermal expansion of the structure in cold seasons, so it should not be used as much as possible.

3、当液压机发生泄漏或泄漏时，流出的油呈白色，排出的水呈油性。冷油器与汽缸端盖结合面，或因焊接不良、冷却水管破裂等原因，经常发生漏油、漏油现象。此时，根据情况，采取更换密封、补焊等措施解决。

4、过冷，数控液压机冷却回路中，阀内的温度和流量随着系统负荷流量的变化而变化，因此热量也会发生变化，有时会造成过冷，浪费战争。系统允许有合适的油温，温控系统能自动调节冷却水量。如果低于正常油温，应停止冷却器的运行，甚打开加热器。

4. Supercooling: in the cooling circuit of CNC hydraulic press, the temperature and flow in the valve change with the change of system load flow, so the heat will also change, sometimes resulting in supercooling and waste of war. The system allows proper oil temperature, and the temperature control system can automatically adjust the cooling water volume. If it is lower than the normal oil temperature, stop the operation of the cooler or even turn on the heater.
