1、冷却性能下降,冷却管失效的主要原因是堵塞物和沉积物残留在冷却管壁上,形成硬块和水垢,降低了散热和传热功能。此外,冷却水不足、水温低和气体积聚也会导致散热和冷却性能下降。

The main reason for the failure of the cooling pipe is that the blockage and sediment remain on the cooling pipe wall, forming hard blocks and scale, which reduces the heat dissipation and heat transfer function. 2、损坏,由于两种流体之间的温差,油冷却器的材料受到热膨胀的影响,产生热应力,或流动液体压力过高;可能对相关部件造成损坏;此外,在寒冷地区或冬季,夜间停止时,管道会结冰。膨胀毁坏了冷却水管。因此,冷却器的结构不应用于补偿寒冷季节结构的热膨胀,因此不应尽可能多地使用。

3、当液压机发生泄漏或泄漏时,流出的油呈白色,排出的水呈油性。冷油器与汽缸端盖结合面,或因焊接不良、冷却水管破裂等原因,经常发生漏油、漏油现象。此时,根据情况,采取更换密封、补焊等措施解决。
