The construction can be started only when the hydraulic oil temperature reaches more than 20 ℃ and the engine cooling water temperature reaches more than 60 ℃. 1用车前检查：检查发动机冷却液液位、机油液位及液压油液位，保证液量充足，检查油水分离器积水情况并及时放水。

1 pre use inspection: check the engine coolant level, engine oil level and hydraulic oil level to ensure sufficient liquid volume, check the ponding of oil-water separator and drain water in time.

2预热前准备: 夯锤从脱钩器上脱下（整机无负载），插入钥匙上电不启动发动机。检查驾驶室内显示屏信息无故障报警，确保车辆周边无行人和障碍物，并鸣笛示意。

2 preparation before preheating: remove the rammer from the coupler (the whole machine has no load), insert the key, power on and do not start the engine. Check the information on the display screen in the cab for failure alarm, ensure that there are no pedestrians and obstacles around the vehicle, and whistle.

3扭动点火开关启动发动机，发动机无负荷怠速（800转左右）运转约3分钟（不进行操作动作），对发动机进行预热，让发动机各零部件充分润滑。

3 turn the ignition switch to start the engine, and the engine will idle at no load (about 800 RPM) for about 3 minutes (no operation action). Preheat the engine and fully lubricate all parts of the engine.

4踩油门踏板(或者调节手油门)，逐步提升发动机转速1500转左右，无负荷状态（不进行操作动作）运行约5分钟。

4 step on the accelerator pedal (or adjust the hand accelerator), gradually increase the engine speed to about 1500 rpm, and run under no-load state (no operation action) for about 5 minutes.

5保持发动机转速1500转左右，向上打开先导开关，操作主卷扬手柄，进行空钩提升、下放动作，使液压油进行快速预热。

5. Keep the engine speed at about 1500 rpm, open the pilot switch upward, operate the main winch handle, lift and lower the empty hook, so as to quickly preheat the hydraulic oil.

6观察显示屏信息，液压油温达到20℃，发动机水温达到60℃即可停止预热，进行正常施工。

6. Observe the information on the display screen. When the hydraulic oil temperature reaches 20 ℃ and the engine water temperature reaches 60 ℃, stop preheating and carry out normal construction.
