(1) The main machine for dynamic compaction should be selected according to the requirements of dynamic compaction grade. If crawler crane is used as main engine, relevant regulations of crawler crane shall be fulfilled.

(2)夯机的工作场所应平坦，门架底座与夯机着地部位应坚持水平，当下沉超越100mm时，应从头垫高。

(2) The working place of the rammer should be flat, the base of the gantry and the landing part of the rammer should be horizontal, and when the sinking exceeds 100 mm, it should be raised from the head.

(3)强夯机械的门架、横梁、脱钩器等首要布局和部件的材料及制造质量，应通过严厉查看，对不符合规划需求的，不得运用。

(3) The material and manufacturing quality of the main layout and components of dynamic compaction machinery, such as gantry, cross beam and decoupling device, shall be strictly checked. Those that do not meet the planning requirements shall not be used.

(4)夯机在工作状况时，起重臂仰角应置于70°。

(4) When the rammer is working, the elevation angle of the boom should be set at 70 degrees.

(5)梯形门架支腿不得前后错位，门架支腿在未支稳垫实前，不得提锤。

(5) The support legs of the trapezoidal portal frame shall not be staggered forward and backward, and the hammer shall not be lifted before the support legs of the portal frame are firmly padded.

(6)改换夯位后，应从头查看门架支腿，承认安定牢靠，然后再将锤提高100～300mm，查看整机的稳定性，承认牢靠后，方可工作。

(6) After changing the tamping position, check the gantry legs from the beginning to admit that they are stable and reliable, then increase the hammer by 100 ~ 300 mm to check the stability of the whole machine, and admit that they are reliable before they can work.

(7)夯锤下落后，在吊钩没有降夯锤吊环附近前，操作人员不得提早下坑挂钩。从坑中提锤时，禁止挂钩人员站在锤上随锤提高。

(7) After the hammer falls, the operator shall not go down to the pit to hook before the hook falls near the hammer lifting ring. When lifting the hammer from the pit, it is forbidden for the hook personnel to stand on the hammer and raise it with the hammer.

(8)当夯锤留有相应的通气孔在工作中呈现阻塞表象时，应随时整理。但禁止在锤下进行整理。

(8) When the corresponding vent hole is left in the rammer, it should be sorted out at any time. But it is forbidden to finish under the hammer.

(9)当夯坑内有积水或因粘土发生的锤底吸附力增大时，应采纳办法扫除，不得强行提锤。

(9) When there is ponding in the tamping pit or the adsorption force of hammer bottom increases due to clay, measures shall be taken to clean it, and the hammer shall not be lifted by force.

(10)搬运夯点时，夯锤应由辅机帮忙搬运，门架随夯机移动前，支腿离地上高度不得超越500mm。

(10) When handling the tamping point, the rammer shall be carried by the auxiliary machine. Before the gantry moves with the rammer, the height of the outrigger from the ground shall not exceed 500mm.

(11)工作后，应将夯锤降低，放真实地上上。在非工作时禁止将锤悬挂在空中。

(11) After work, the rammer should be lowered and put on the real ground. It is forbidden to hang the hammer in the air when it is not working.
