Summary of standard and strict operation rules of dynamic compaction machine
1、强夯机检查施工过程中的试验数据和施工记录,不符合设计要求,应夯实或采取其他有效措施。在强夯置换施工中,可采用超重型或重锥体动力触探试验检测位移墩底条件。
1. If the test data and construction records of dynamic compaction machine in the construction process do not meet the design requirements, compaction or other effective measures should be taken. In the dynamic compaction replacement construction, the super heavy or heavy cone dynamic penetration test can be used to detect the displacement pier bottom conditions.
强夯机竣工检验验收地基承载力2,处理后的强夯,应在一定的时间间隔施工结束即可,对于碎石土和砂土,时间间隔可以是7 ~ 14d;粉土和粘土可以14 ~ 28d。强夯置换间隔时间是可取的28d。

4、强夯机承载力竣工验收检验的数量,应根据场地和建筑物的重要性确定的复杂性,对于网站上的一般建筑,不到3点,每个测试点荷载试验的建筑基础不应是复杂的或重要的基础;施工现场应增加检查点。强夯置换地基的荷载试验及位移墩底数的检测不应少于墩数的l %,不得少于3点。

5。强夯机试验桥墩的直径和深度应符合设计要求。

(1)强夯机作为强夯作业的主机,应按强夯等级要求进行计算和选择。以履带起重机为主机的,应当执行履带起重机的有关规定。

(3)龙门架、横梁和脱钩装置的主要结构和部件的材料和制造质量必须严格检查,在不符合设计要求的情况下不得使用。

(4)强夯机在工作状态下,吊杆应放置在海拔70度处。

(5)梯形门架前后腿不得错位,龙门支架的腿在铺设前不得抬起。
(5) The front and rear legs of the trapezoidal gantry shall not be staggered, and the legs of the gantry support shall not be lifted before laying.
(6)改变位置后,应再次检查龙门架的腿,以确定其稳定性和可靠性。然后,落锤应升级100300mm,整机的稳定性应进行检查,并可进行操作确认后的可靠性。

(7)当锤落时,操作者不得在吊钩坠落到锤环附近之前将其推进。当把锤子从坑里吊起来时,严禁将工作人员粘在锤子上,用锤子把锤子举起来。
(7) When the hammer falls, the operator shall not push the hook before it falls near the hammer ring. When lifting the hammer from the pit, it is strictly forbidden to stick the staff on the hammer and lift the hammer with the hammer.
(8)强夯机当锤上有相应的通气孔时,在操作中发生堵塞时,应随时进行清洗。但严禁在锤下清洗。
(8) When there is a corresponding air hole on the hammer of dynamic compaction machine, it should be cleaned at any time in case of blockage during operation. However, cleaning under the hammer is strictly prohibited.
(9)夯坑积水或锤底增加时,应采取措施,不得强行提锤。

(10)当转移夯点的夯锤,由辅助机转移。支腿的高度应不超过500mm在龙门随夯。
(10) When the tamping point is transferred, it is transferred by auxiliary machine. The height of the outrigger shall not exceed 500mm, and it shall be rammed at the gantry.
(11)强夯机操作后,应将锤子放下并放在地上。非操作时,不得将锤子悬挂在空气中。
(11) After the dynamic rammer is operated, the hammer should be put down and put on the ground. Do not hang the hammer in the air when not in operation.
