强夯工程计量方法
Measurement method of Dynamic Compaction Engineering
1.本定额不分土壤类别;强夯机组、规格、型号,履带式强夯机械,是综合考虑的。
1. This quota does not divide into soil categories; dynamic compaction unit, specification, model and crawler type dynamic compaction machinery are comprehensively considered.
2.本定额已综合取定了锤、钩、架的摊销量,出租强夯机,不再另计。
2. In this quota, the sales of hammer, hook and frame have been determined comprehensively, and the dynamic compaction machine is not to be calculated separately.
3.强夯定额中综合考虑了各类布点形式,不论设计采取何种布点形式均不得调整,布点排列按照不间隔依次夯击击数计算。若设计要求间隔分两遍夯击时,在原基价上乘以1.25系数,设计要求间隔分三遍夯击时,则在原基价上乘以1.5系数,以此类推,工程量不变。
3. In the dynamic compaction quota, all kinds of distribution forms are comprehensively considered. No matter what kind of layout is adopted in the design, no matter what kind of layout is adopted, the arrangement of points shall be calculated according to the number of tamping blows in non interval sequence. If the design requires two times of tamping, the original base price shall be multiplied by a coefficient of 1.25, and when the design requires three times of tamping, the original base price shall be multiplied by a coefficient of 1.5, and so on, and so on. The quantities of works shall not be changed.
4.设计要求在强夯过程中填充材料时,人工、机械可乘以系数1.2,所填充的材料及填充材料运输需用的人工、机械可另增加。
4. The design requires that when filling materials in the process of dynamic compaction, labor and machinery can be multiplied by a coefficient of 1.2, and the filled materials and the labor and machinery needed for transportation of filling materials can be increased.

5.遇有软地基在垫木上作业时,人工、机械使用量乘以系数1.15。铺垫用的人工、材料及辅助机械等另计。
5. When the soft foundation is working on the cushion wood, the amount of labor and machinery used shall be multiplied by a coefficient of 1.15. Labor, materials and auxiliary machinery for bedding shall be calculated separately.
6.每个单位工程强夯面积小于600m2的小型工程,应按相应定额乘以系数1.25。
6. For small projects with dynamic compaction area less than 600m2 per unit project, the corresponding quota shall be multiplied by a coefficient of 1.25.
强夯质量保证
Quality assurance of dynamic compaction
(1)夯点测放准确,放线误差不超过5cm,用白灰或小木桩定出夯点位置,强夯机,不得遗漏。
(1) The measurement and setting out of tamping point shall be accurate, and the setting out error shall not exceed 5cm. The location of tamping point shall be determined with lime or small wooden pile. Dynamic compaction machine shall not be omitted.
(2)详细记录施工过程中的各项参数及特殊情况。
(2) Record the parameters and special conditions in the construction process in detail.
(3)夯坑周围地面不应发生过大的隆起。
(3) The ground around the tamping pit should not have excessive uplift.
(4)夯锺中心偏移应控制在15厘米以内,施工中如发生偏锤应重新对点。
(4) The center deviation of rammer should be controlled within 15 cm. If there is deviation during construction, the point should be re aligned.
(5)夯击过程中如出现歪锤,应分析原因并及时调整,强夯机用途,坑底垫平后才能继续施工。
(5) If there is a crooked hammer in the process of tamping, the reason should be analyzed and adjusted in time. The use of dynamic rammer can be continued only after the pit bottom is leveled.
(6)及时排除夯坑及场地的积水。
(6) Timely remove the ponding in the tamping pit and the site.
(7)每遍点夯和满夯施工结束时,按20m×20m方格网测量推平地面的高程。
(7) At the end of each point compaction and full compaction, the elevation of the ground shall be measured and leveled according to the 20 m × 20 m grid.
