Because of its high efficiency and low cost, dynamic compaction is widely used in the foundation pretreatment of airport and factory buildings. But not all dynamic compaction machines can be used in plateau area, because the standard dynamic compaction machine can only be used within 2000m altitude and the air temperature is between - 10 ℃ and 40 ℃. If the altitude is too high, it will also have plateau reaction like us. Today, I will discuss with you how to solve this problem and ensure the high attendance rate of equipment

一、动力系统：它是我们整车的动力源，随着海拔升高，空气密度降低，发动机的又能输出功率下降，散热功率升高，因此针对高原施工车辆，应该主要关注以下几个方面：

1、 Power system: it is the power source of our vehicle. With the increase of altitude, the air density decreases, the output power of the engine decreases, and the heat dissipation power increases. Therefore, for plateau construction vehicles, we should mainly focus on the following aspects:

1、评估发动机的功率是否满足液压主泵需求，及时调整主泵功率，避免发动机因负载过高产生憋车现象；

1. Evaluate whether the power of the engine meets the requirements of the main hydraulic pump, and adjust the power of the main pump in time to avoid holding the engine due to excessive load;

2、提高水箱压力盖开启压力（建议开启压力少1.1kPa以上），避免冷却液低温开锅，影响散热，并根据使用工况重新评估、调整散热系统；

2. Increase the opening pressure of the water tank pressure cap (it is recommended that the opening pressure should be at least 1.1kpa), avoid the low temperature boiling of the coolant and affect the heat dissipation, and re evaluate and adjust the heat dissipation system according to the operating conditions;

3、要根据当地低气温条件，及时更换相应规格冷却液、燃油、机油或者加装发动机冷启动装置，避免水箱冻裂，保证发动机低温环境下正常启动。

二、液压系统：它是我们整车的“血液循环系统”，因高原地区环境温度低，正常配置的46#液压油已不满足使用要求，容易造成低温条件下，因液压油流动性不好，润滑不到位，造成主要液压元件泵、马达的磨损，缩短其使用寿命。因此需要根据环境温度情况，选择合适牌号的抗磨液压油。另外，为防止液压油箱吸空，需要将液压油箱空气滤清器更换为手动排气预压式空气滤清器。

2、 Hydraulic system: it is the "blood circulation system" of our vehicle. Due to the low ambient temperature in plateau area, the normally configured 46 ᦇ hydraulic oil can no longer meet the use requirements. It is easy to cause the wear of main hydraulic components, such as pumps and motors, and shorten their service life under low temperature conditions due to the poor fluidity and inadequate lubrication of hydraulic oil. Therefore, it is necessary to select the appropriate brand of anti-wear hydraulic oil according to the ambient temperature. In addition, in order to prevent the suction of the hydraulic oil tank, the air filter of the hydraulic oil tank needs to be replaced by the manual exhaust pre pressure air filter.

三、润滑系统：它是设备能长期可靠运行的保障，包含发动机润滑系统和减速机润滑等，一台好的设备离不开后期细心的呵护保养，而润滑油品的选择尤为重要，不仅要选择正规渠道油品，而且要根据温度条件，选择合适的润滑油牌号，才能对润滑部位起到有效保护。

3、 Lubrication system: it is the guarantee of long-term and reliable operation of equipment, including engine lubrication system and reducer lubrication. A good equipment can not do without careful care and maintenance in the later stage, and the selection of lubricating oil is particularly important. It is not only necessary to choose regular channel oil, but also to choose the appropriate lubricating oil brand according to the temperature conditions, Only in this way can the lubricating parts be effectively protected.
