In the repair and bedding of construction engineering, the dynamic compaction machine belongs to the commonly used machine items. What operation method does it have?

(1)强夯施工用主机按强夯等级要求计算后选定.以履带起重机为主机的,按照履带起重机的有关规定执行.

(1) The main engine for dynamic compaction construction shall be selected after calculation according to the requirements of dynamic compaction grade. If crawler crane is used as main engine, relevant regulations of crawler crane shall be followed

(2)强夯机的工作位置应平整,门框底座和夯锤的着落位置应水平,沉降超过100mm时应抬起头.

(2) The working position of the dynamic rammer should be flat, the landing position of the door frame base and rammer should be horizontal, and the head should be raised when the settlement exceeds 100 mm

(3)对动力夯实施工设备的门框、梁、脱扣器等主要布置及部件的材料和制造质量进行严格检查.不符合规划要求的,不得使用.

(3) Strictly inspect the material and manufacturing quality of the main layout of the door frame, beam, release and other parts of the dynamic compaction construction equipment. Those that do not meet the planning requirements shall not be used

(4)在操作情况下,强夯机吊臂高度应该在70°.

(4) In operation, the boom height of dynamic compaction machine should be 70 degrees

(5)梯形门框支撑腿前后不得脱臼,支撑腿垫牢固后方可携带吊锤.

(5) The supporting leg of trapezoidal door frame shall not be dislocated before and after the support leg pad is firm, the hanging hammer can be carried

(6)改变强夯机位置后,门框要从支撑腿开始检查,交待可靠,然后锤击会前进100-300mm,检查整机的稳定性,交待可靠,方可操作.

(6) After changing the position of the dynamic rammer, the door frame should be checked from the support leg, and the door frame should be safe and reliable. Then the hammer will move forward 100-300 mm to check the stability of the whole machine. The door frame can be operated only after it is reliable

(7)夯锤落下时,在坑钩落在夯锤环附近之前,操作者不得放下坑钩.当从坑内吊起铁锤时,应防止吊钩人员站在铁锤上,并与铁锤一起前进.

(7) When the hammer falls, the operator shall not lower the hook before the pit hook falls near the rammer ring. When lifting the hammer from the pit, the hook personnel shall be prevented from standing on the hammer and advancing with the hammer

(8)强夯机在运行过程中,如果强夯机上还留有相应的气孔,出现堵塞现象时,应随时清理强夯机.但是在铁锤下清理是被禁止的.

(8) During the operation of dynamic compaction machine, if there are corresponding air holes on the dynamic compaction machine, and the blockage occurs, the dynamic compaction machine should be cleaned at any time. However, cleaning under the hammer is prohibited

(9)夯坑内有水或因粘土侵蚀使锤底吸附力增大时,应采用清洗的方式进行清洗,不得强行提起锤.

(9) When there is water in the tamping pit or the adsorption force of hammer bottom increases due to clay erosion, the hammer shall be cleaned by cleaning, and the hammer shall not be lifted by force

(10)夯实点转移时,夯实机应由辅机转移.门框在使用夯锤移动前,支撑腿距离地面不得超过500mm.

(10) When the tamping point is transferred, the tamping machine shall be transferred by the auxiliary machine. Before the door frame is moved by the rammer, the distance between the supporting leg and the ground shall not exceed 500mm

(11)强夯机施工完毕后,应将夯锤放低,放在地面上.锤子不工作时,不要把它挂在空中.

(11) After the construction of dynamic rammer, the rammer should be lowered to the ground. When the hammer is not working, do not hang it in the air
