强夯加固地基过程的四个阶段

通过之前的介绍我们了解到强夯地基对强夯是十分重要的部分,强夯地基的稳固保证了强夯施工的安全和完整性,所以,强夯地基加固是我们的重中之重。强夯法也被称为动力固结法,它就是将一个重锤从高处自由下落来达到夯击地基的效果,这样就可以使地基土的强度得到提高,而使压缩性得到降低,并可以消除黄土的湿陷性,以达到地基加固的目的。使用重锤冲击土颗粒使其破碎或者产生水间的相对移动,实现微结构破坏,还可以使孔隙中的一些气体迅速压缩或排出,而孔隙体积减小,这样就很容易形成较密实的土体结构。目前,我们把强夯加固地基过程分为以下4个阶段:强夯机出租

(1)夯击是一种能量转化的过程,在夯击的同时还伴随强制压缩或振密,使气体排出;

(2)强夯地基土体结构受到了破坏或者使土体液化,使强度降低或抗剪强度丧失;

(3)强夯地基加固可以实现排水固结压密,改变渗透性能,土体裂隙进一步发展,使得土体强度提高;

(4)触变恢复的同时使得固结压密,包括一部分自由水变为薄膜水,土体强度继续得到提高。

通过对强夯地基的加固处理,使得强夯地基更加的稳固,该方法在黄土地区路基工程中已得到广泛应用,日后必定强夯施工起到有效的作用。
