(3)地面隆起处理方案。强夯过程中，如果地面隆起影响施工，应及时开挖隆起。如果凸起的土方为淤泥，应挖一定距离，然后用碎石土回填夯面标高，并继续进行强夯施工，以保证强夯施工设备的正常运行。

(3) Ground uplift treatment scheme. During dynamic compaction, if the ground heave affects the construction, the heave shall be excavated in time.
