强夯与重锤强夯有什么区别

重锤夯实是强夯的一种,基本差不多,夯能不同;重锤夯实夯击能低于强夯夯击能;以1000KN.m分界。夯击能不是一个数量级,因此加固机理就不同。重锤夯实是对浅层土加固,属于压实机理;而强夯法是对深土加固,主要是动力固结、动力密实机理。

此法是用特别重的夯锤(100~300KN)从高处(6~40m)自由落下,对地基进行强有力夯击,达到深加固的效果,其影响深可达10m以上,巨大的冲击力量在地基中产生很大的冲击波和动应力,引起地基土的压缩和振密,从而提高地基土的强度并降低其压缩性,还可让地基土抵抗振动液化能力和解决湿陷性黄土的湿陷性等作用。经强夯法处理的地基,承载力可提高,压缩性降低。
