Before the commencement of dynamic compaction project, check whether the measurement and setting out, the weight of the rammer and the falling distance of the rammer are accurate, do a good job in acceptance, ensure that the falling distance remains unchanged during the ramming process, and select the mechanical equipment required by the design to organize the construction, so as to ensure that each blow can meet the design ramming energy.
The survey datum line, benchmark and positioning pile shall be rechecked, and the construction survey control points shall be led to a stable place not affected by the construction.
Before the formal lifting of each hammer, the hammer position shall be accurately aligned to ensure that each hammer shall be lifted to a height that meets the design tamping energy requirements.
After the rammer falls, if the bottom of the tamping pit is inclined more than 20 degrees, the pit bottom shall be leveled with soil before the next tamping operation.
The settlement of each tamping pit shall be recorded for each blow of each tamping pit, and the accuracy of construction records shall be ensured.
In case of ponding on the construction site of dynamic compaction and the tamping pit due to rainfall or rise of groundwater level, drainage measures shall be taken in time, and the tamping pit shall be backfilled after being drained.
In the process of dynamic compaction construction, the "three inspection system" and the application for inspection of engineering supervision procedures shall be implemented. After each process is completed, the application for inspection of concealed works shall be implemented for this process. The construction of the next process can only be carried out after passing the acceptance of the supervisor.
Dynamic compaction construction
Before each construction of dynamic compaction, the site elevation shall be measured by full-time personnel to provide basis for the average ground subsidence and ground subsidence of dynamic compaction.
During surveying and setting out, the surveyor shall place fixed marker piles around the construction area in rows according to the construction layout, so as to ensure that the error when tamping the same point of each setting out does not exceed the operating value, so as to prevent missing tamping. Detailed measurement records shall be made for each setting out, and each row of marker piles shall be checked. The measurement result records shall be signed by the on-site supervision engineer.
The surveyor shall control the number of tamping blows, each tamping settlement and tamping pit depth of each tamping point, and carefully fill in the dynamic compaction construction record; The quality inspection personnel shall conduct irregular inspection on the site, strictly control the quality, and randomly inspect the construction quality inspection items according to the construction scheme and specifications, such as the falling distance of the rammer, the spacing of tamping points, the number of tamping times, the weight of the rammer, etc.
