强夯法施工现在已广泛运用到高速公路铁路,机场、核电站、大工业区、港口填海等基础加固工程,但施工办理现在主要靠人为因素进行过程操控。比如:对夯点方位的定位更依靠操作工的经历,且无法监控每个夯点的夯击次数、夯沉量等数据参数,存在重复作业、施工效率较低等缺陷。经过在强夯设备上集成施工办理体系,经过信息化的手法,能够帮助操作工对设备进行更加精准的操控,对机器进行更好利用。

For example, the orientation of tamping points depends more on the experience of operators, and it is unable to monitor the tamping times, tamping settlement and other data parameters of each tamping point, which has the defects of repeated operation and low construction efficiency. Through the integration of construction management system on dynamic compaction equipment and information technology, it can help operators operate the equipment more accurately and make better use of the machine.
一、体系介绍强夯机施工办理体系由高精定位模块、测距模块、显现模块、主控模块及通讯模块五大模块构成。
1、 The construction management system of dynamic compaction machine is composed of five modules: high-precision positioning module, ranging module, display module, main control module and communication module.
1.高精定位模块高精定位模块一般是根据GPS或北斗体系,经过RTK技能完成高精定位,定位精度可达厘米级。高精定位模块由两个定位天线构成,一个安装在强夯机吊臂脑门上,别的一个安装在强夯机尾部的配重或A型架顶部,天线安装方位上方不能有覆盖物遮挡。经过两个天线的精准定位能够判别强夯机方位,方向,强夯机转轴中心方位以及强夯机所在地表高程等数据。

2.测距模块测距模块是由测距传感器及其线缆构成,一般安装在主卷扬或吊臂脑门导向滑轮邻近,其效果主要是测量夯锤的提高高度、落距及夯沉量。

4.主控模块主控模块是整套体系的操控中心,其效果是接纳传感器数据并处理,并将处理后的数据发送到平板电脑上进行显现,同时把施工数据经过4G 天线发送到后台云服务监控中心进行处理。

二强夯机的功用介绍、主动定位夯点方位,并提供夯锤到夯点方位的精确引导,方便操作手施工、精确记录夯击次数;、主动计算夯锤落距和夯沉量;、现场随时检查施工报表;强夯机施工数据实时传输到后台监控中心,生成施工进度陈述、施工质量陈述、强夯机工况陈述等;

三、强夯机体系特点、凭借这套体系,操作工在驾驶室内即可对设备进行夯点方位的精准定位,对夯击次数、夯击能,夯沉量等施工参数施行监控,大大提高了强夯机操作精度、作业速度和性。3.经过运用该体系,不再需要运用传统的人工测量和手艺标记夯点,削减所需的现场施工工人数量,节约了本钱。
3、 Characteristics of the dynamic rammer system.
